5. Pricing and payment
- Treatment prices listed on the website are indicative and may be updated from time to time. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation.
- Course-based packages (e.g. 3-session or 6-session programmes) are billed upfront. Package discounts apply only when the full package is paid at the time of booking.
- Payment is accepted via card, UPI, bank transfer and recognised payment gateways. Cash payments are accepted at the clinic.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
- Rescheduling: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment without charge.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the session fee.
- No-shows: Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee.
- Package refunds: Unused sessions from a paid package may be refunded pro-rata, minus a processing fee, at Aevum's discretion. Packages started but not completed due to the patient's change of mind are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered.
- Medical refunds: If a pre-procedure medical assessment determines that you are not a suitable candidate for a booked treatment, we will refund the full amount for untreated sessions.
7. Results and medical disclaimer
Important: Individual results from any clinical treatment vary. No specific outcome, visual result, or timeframe is guaranteed. All treatments described on this website are non-surgical where stated and are offered only after a doctor assessment confirms suitability.
